Pensions Compare Pensions
Pensions most important benefit, says NAPF

Most people consider workplace pension schemes to be the top benefit an employer can offer, the National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF) has said.
According to a recent survey by the organisation, nearly 49 per cent of respondents said they would feel greater loyalty to their company if it offered them a work pension scheme.
Mark Brooks, a spokesperson for the NAPF, said that workplace pensions also need to be explained more clearly since two in five people believe their employers do not make enough effort to do this.
"Through positive, regular and jargon-free communication, the government and the pension industry need to work closer together to bolster and re-emphasise the value of a workplace pension," commented Mr Brooks.
He added that such pensions are likely to become more popular in 2012 when the Personal Accounts system is expected to be launched, leading to a number of changes in the system.
